Initially created for a research project for the Communication Systems faculty of the TU Berlin. It is a reinvention of the Elektrosluch designed by Jonáš Gruska for educational settings. I have taken the original circuit, translated it into a PCB and created a workshop around it.

For those unfamiliar with the Elektrosluch, the basic mechanism is that the LC circuit at the top of the PCB is resonating with the electromagnetic waves emitted by electronic devices. The operational amplifier amplifies the received voltage to make it listenable via wired headphones. Especially important for me was that the circuit has to be understandable at a glance, segmenting the LC circuit, the amplifier and its needed voltage divider into three distinctive sections on the PCB.
